- 1/2 medium frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons plant-based vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/2 - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- optional: 2 teaspoons maple syrup
Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend on high.
