Healthy Cream Cheese Frosting

This Greek yogurt cream cheese frosting is the most delicious healthy cream cheese frosting we've ever had! It's lightened up, but still equally delicious.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. fat-free cream cheese room temperature (~1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt, almost room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients for the cream cheese frosting into a large bowl.

  • Use an electric mixer to whip all the ingredients together until the frosting is smooth.

Notes

Storage: Store leftover cream cheese frosting in an airtight container in the refrigerator. To use after refrigeration, let frosting come to room temperature and then add a splash of milk. Use your hand mixer to whip until smooth.
