  • 2 cups frozen bananas
  • 2 cups packed chopped kale
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 2 Medjool dates pitted
  • optional: 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1.5 cups orange juice
