- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon cashew butter
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 tablespoon flax seed meal
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
Scrape the sides of the blender and add additional almond milk (1 teaspoon at a time) if smoothie is too thick. Blend until smooth.
Serve with granola or fruit toppings and enjoy!
